For a while now, I’ve known that I’m so not-so-subtly an “all or nothing” soul. I’m exactly this way with exercising- it’s so easy to go ham and all in only once a day for an hour or two max. But, I’m not this way with my dieting. There’s one thing that sticks out in all of this: it’s that it’s easy for me to be “all or nothing” in working out because I’m all […]
Hello Lovelies, Today I caught myself thinking the most DANGEROUS unhealthy thought and I thought that I’d give it a share. In fact, it’s so unhealthy I’m kind of ashamed- but not so ashamed that I’ll hide it. Welp. Here goes: Yesterday Jake (my loving, wonderful, and oh so blessed with heavenly abs boyfriend) bought me cake. And not just any cake: Chocolate Turtle Fudge Cake. If you’ve been considering running, well then just do it. That’s all fine and dandy- getting up and off the couch is a fantastic […]
Here’s the recipe for this amazingly anti-inflammatory summery salad and all of its beautifying properties of the ingredients inside.

I think my food issues started in the seventh grade when a bunch of gal pals had a gal fight and cut me out of the group for not taking sides- not that I’m blaming them (at all!), that incident caused me to turn to food to cope. I felt like I couldn’t control anything and […]
Being a teenager comes with a ton of responsibilities- especially ones that have been long anticipated and are full of fun. However, experiencing all life has to offer can sometimes put taking care of your physical state on the back-burner, which is exactly what I did. If I could go back, I would change it all- and here’s why.
